Curd Murukku - Ingredients:

Rice flour  500 gms
Sour curd  1 cup
green chillies  4
Salt to taste
asafoetida  1/2 tsp
Oil for frying
Curd Murukku - Directions:
  1. Grind the green chillies finely and mix all the ingredients to form a thick flour paste.

  2. Place a large ball of this flour inside a achu for preparing this dish and squeeze the achu so that the

  3. murukku drops into boiling oil.Turn over until fully cooked in boiling oil.

  4. Store it in airtight jars.
