Dal puri - Ingredients:

Bengal gram 250 gms
Dry chilli 10
Big jeera 1 tbsp
Cumin seed 1 tbsp
Wheat flour 250 gms
Asafoetida a pinch
Dal puri - Directions:
  1. Boil dal and make paste.

  2. Powder chili, jeera,cumin seed and asafoetida.

  3. Heat two table of dalda in frying pan and fry the masal in it.

  4. Then add the dal paste.

  5. Add salt and stir.

  6. Remove from fire and roll into small balls.

  7. Knead the wheat flour to soft dough and make ball.

  8. Spread the ball to round shape.

  9. Place dal paste in centre.

  10. Cover.ROll out like chapathis and fry in frying pan.
