Dehati Mutton - Ingredients:

1. 1/2 kG. Mutton
2. Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
3. Ginger Paste 2 Tbsp
4. Onion 2
5. Garam Masals (DalChini 2 , Khada Pattha 3 , Khadi Kali
Mirch 6, Laung 4, Ilaychi 2)
6. Tomato 1
7. Chilli Powder 3 tbsp
8. Turmeric Powder 1 tbsp
9. Dhania Powder
10.Salt for Taste
11.oil (as Required) 
Dehati Mutton - Directions:
  1. 1. Wash the Mutton & Boil in to the Coocker

  2. 2. Mix the onion Tomato & Garam Masal in Mixer Grinder

  3. 3. heat the oil in onother Cooker then add the mixer of onion, Tomato & Garam Masala paste in heated oil & mix till the oil come out. (in High Heat)

  4. 4. then add the Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt & Dhania Powder with little bit water. (10 Minutes or till the water were absorb Mix with High Heat).

  5. 5. Now add the mutton & water of earlier coocker & mix Properly.

  6. 6. Cover the coocker cap & Take 6 Bissle

  7. 7. Serve with Chapaathi & Rice
