Dhol Dhol - Ingredients:

Rice flour 1 cup
Coconut milk 2 cup
Sugar 2 1/2 cup
Grounded cashew 50 gms
Salt a pinch
Sliced nuts a few
Cardamom powder 1 tsp
Ghee 3/4 cup
Dhol Dhol - Directions:
  1. Mix 1 cup water in sugar and prepare thick syrup.

  2. Mix flour,cashew ,coconut milk cardamom salt and put it in syrup

  3. Mix and cook in slow fire till mixture is thick.

  4. Now add ghee slowly till all ghee is added and it starts seperating from mixture.

  5. Remove from fire and put in greased plate.

  6. Decorate the surface with nuts.

  7. When it is cooled cut to desired shape and serve.
