Drum Stick Leaves Dhal - Ingredients:

Moong dal  1 cup
Chopped tomatoes   1/2 cup
Carrot (chopped finely)   2
Drumstick leaves   1 cup
Turmeric powder   1/2 tsp
Oil   for frying
Red Chilly powder   1/2 tsp
Garam masal 1 tsp
Coriander leaves few 
Curry leaves  a few 
Onions   2 
Ginger   1 inch piece
Green chilies   4
Drum Stick Leaves Dhal - Directions:
  1. Soak green gram for 2 hours.

  2. Grind onion ,ginger and green chillies to make fine paste.

  3. Pressure cook the gram with diced carrots and drumstick leaves directly till one whistle.

  4. Heat oil, add garam masala, ground paste and fry till golden brown.

  5. Add salt, chilly powder, turmeric powder and then tomatoes.

  6. Cook till it turns thick.

  7. Add cooked dhal and boil till it thickens.

  8. serve hot with rotis.
