Drumstick Leaves Erissery - Ingredients:

drumstick leaves, pressed and measured 3 cups
tur dhal  cup
grated coconut 1 cup
garlics 3 
cumin seeds 1/8  tsp.
chilli powder tsp. 
turmeric powder 1/8  tsp
Button  onion chopped  1 tsp.
dry chillies each cut into two 3
curry leaves 3 stalks
coconut, grated finely 3 tsp
oil 3 tsp. 
mustard  tsp.
Drumstick Leaves Erissery - Directions:
  1. Grind grated coconut coarsely.

  2. Crush garlic and cumin seeds and mix with the ground coconut, chilli and turmeric powders.

  3. Boil water and cook dhal in it.

  4. When it is soft and water is about cup add drumstick leaves and salt, cover and cook.

  5. Fry mustard in hot oil.

  6. Add garlic and when sauted add dry chillies and curry leaves.

  7. When fried add grated coconut and stir till brown.

  8. Add the masala mixed with coarsely ground coconut and add to the curry.

  9. Serve hot with rice .
