Dry Chicken Curry - Ingredients:

chicken 500 gms
chilli powder 1 tbsp
corriander powder 1 tbsp
turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
pepper powder  1/2 tsp
garlic cloves 10|
aniseed seed 1/4 tsp
clove 2
cinnamon 1 inch
vinegar 1 tsp
ginger (small piece) 1
potato 2
small onion 10
coconut oil 1 tbsp
mustard 1 tsp
salt to taste 
Dry Chicken Curry - Directions:
  1. Cut each potatoes into four.Chop garlic, small onion, and ginger.

  2. Cut the chicken into medium sized pieces.

  3. Grind chilli powder, turmeric powder, corriander powder, pepper powder, 2/3 of chopped garlic, fennel

  4. seeds, cloves and cinammon.

  5. Marinate the chicken for 60 mins after mixing with the above paste, vinegar, ginger pieces.

  6. After marinating, cook the chicken well.

  7. Add cut potatos, 1/3 of garlic to the chicken and continue to cook. Once the gravy is thick remove it from fire.

  8. Heat a pan with oil, pop mustard, add chopped small onion. Fry for 3-4 minutes.

  9. Add the coocked chicken pieces with gravy. Fry till the curry is dry.
