Dry Mango Pickle - Ingredients:

Raw mango  1 kg
Red chilly power  4 tbsp
Turmeric powder  1/2 tsp
Ginger  2" piece
Vinegar  1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Gingerly oil  2 cups
Curry leaves  4 stems
Mustard seeds  1 tsp
Dry Mango Pickle - Directions:
  1. Peel the mangoes and chop in to long pieces.

  2. Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds and curry leaves.

  3. Add red chilly powder, salt, fenugreek powder and hing.

  4. Remove from fire. Add the mango pieces and mix well.

  5. Store in an airtight container.
