Dry Prawns 1 cup (cleaned, soaked in water and drained)
Grated Coconut 1 cup
Raw Mango 1/4
Green Chilly 1
Curry leaves 1 stem
Salt to taste
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
Dry Prawns Mango Curry - Directions:
Grind together the grated coconut and turmeric powder.
Add the paste to a kadai along with chopped green chilly, raw mango, curry leaves, water and salt.
Heat the kadai and when the gravy starts to boil, add the dry prawns.
Allow to cook until the gravy thickens.
