Dum Aloo - Ingredients:

potatoes,peeled,washed,boiled ,pricked with fork .1/2 kg 
curd 1/2 cup 
ginger-garlic paste heaped 1 tsp 
garam masala powder 1/2 tsp 
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp 
butter 1 tsbp  
lemon juice 1 tsp 
green chillies, slit length-wise 3-4 
curry leaves few 
Dum Aloo - Directions:
  1. Beat the curd until smooth and mix in all the masala including the butter and lemon juice.

  2. Marinate potatoes in this mixtures for one hour.

  3. Heat 1 tbsp oil, add the curry leaves and green chillies.

  4. Stir in the marinated potatoes and simmer for five minutes till the butter floats up to the surface.

  5. Garnish with coriander.
