Easy vegetable pulav - Ingredients:

Basmati rice 250 gms
Carrot 1
Beans 3
Pineapple 1/2
Oil 3 tsp
Cashew nut 25 gms
Kismis 25 gms
Slat to taste
Potato cubes fried 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves a few
Easy vegetable pulav - Directions:
  1. Cook basmati rice with salt.

  2. Dice carrot, beams,pineapple to cubes

  3. Heat oil in a kadsi and add cashewnuts and kismis.

  4. Whe they turn golden colour add diced vegetables and fry.

  5. When vegetables are cooked add cooked rice and mix well.

  6. Garnish with fried potatoes and coriander leaves.

  7. Serve hot with raita.
