Egg Samosa - Ingredients:

wheat flour 250 gms 
egg 1 
water 1 cup 
saltto taste
ghee 1 tsp 
oil 250 gms 
small onion 1 
green chili 1 
coriander leaves a few 
Egg Samosa - Directions:
  1. Add water to the flour and knead into dough. Keep aside for a while.

  2. Beat the egg well and add chopped onion, green chili, coriander leaves and salt to it.

  3. Now take two small balls of the dough and spread ghee in between them. Roll out together

  4. into a chapathi.

  5. Heat the tawa, and place the chapathi on it.

  6. Take it out when fried on both sides, and shake a little till the both chapathis separates.

  7. Now cut it long into stripes.

  8. Take each stripe, put some egg mixture on it, roll up and deep fry until golden brown

  9. Serve hot with ketchup.
