Fenugreek Rasam - Ingredients:

Fenugreek Leaves 1/2 cup 
Onion  chopped finely 1
Green Chiles slit 2
Garlic 6 pods
Tamarind 1/2 inch sized 
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Fenugreek Seeds a pinch
Mustard Seeds 1/2 tsp
Broken Red Chiles 3
Curry Leaves 6
Oil 1 tsp
Fenugreek Rasam - Directions:
  1. Heat a vessel on medium flame, add 2 cups of water, onion, fenugreek leaves, green chiles, tamarind, turmeric powder and salt.

  2. Cover, boil the mixture for before onion turns brown and fenugreek leaves change color.

  3. Heat oil in a small pan, add garlic cloves ,mustard red chillies,Curry leaves,and fenugreek seeds in order.

  4. When mustard seeds stops spluttering, add to rasam.

  5. Stir and serve hot with steamed rice .
