Fish Bhajji - Ingredients:

Fish 4
Potatoes 4
Onions 2
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Green Chillies 6
Soft Fresh Bead Crumbs 1 tbsp
Gram Flour  Cup
Vinegar 1 tsp
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Chopped Coriander 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder 2 tsp
Butter  Cup
Oil to Fry
Salt to Taste
Fish Bhajji - Directions:
  1. Chop onion into slices.

  2. Boil, peel and mash potatoes.

  3. Wash and clean fishes.

  4. Saut onion in heated butter till it becomes pinkish brown.

  5. Add ginger, garlic, green chillies, cumin seeds, salt and coriander.

  6. Remove from fire and add mashed potatoes, lemon juice and vinegar.

  7. Mix well and stuff the fish with the potato mixture.

  8. In a separate bowl, mix gram flour, bread crumbs, salt, and red chili powder.

  9. Add water just enough to make a batter.

  10. Take the stuffed fish and dip it in the batter and then deep fry in heated oil.

  11. Garnish with lettuce leaves, lemon wedges and chopped coriander leaves.
