Fish Cake - Ingredients: 

Potato 4
Cooked fish 0.25 kg
Eggs 2
Butter 10 gms
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste.
Bread crumbs a few
Fish Cake - Directions:
  1. Shred fish finely and rub potato through sieve.

  2. Melt butter add fish,potato,pepper,salt and one egg and mix till it binds.

  3. Shape into small cakes coat with egg and bread crumbs and deep fry.

  4. The fish cake is now ready to be served.
