mackerel or salmon 1 can
boiled mashed potatoes 1 cup
onion (finely chopped) 1 1/2 cup
lemon juice (concentrate) 2 tsp.
red pepper (powder) 1/2 tsp.
green peppers (chopped) 2
bread crumbs 2 cup
egg 1
salt to taste
oil 1 cup
Fish Cutlet - Directions:
Remove bones, drain oil and mix fish with next 8 ingredients. Make the mixture
into small round balls (about the size of a lime).
Dip each ball in egg, coat with bread crumbs and deep fry in oil until golden brown
