Fish 1/2 kg
Sliced Onions 1/4 cup
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Chilli powder 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Plain yogurt 1/2 cup
Oil for frying
Fish Kabab - Directions:
Fry the sliced onions in oil and keep aside.
Clean the fish and cut them into small pieces.
Marinate them with yogurt, ginger paste, garam masala, ground chilies, salt and fried onions for an hour.
Take a steek rod and skew the marinated fish in it.
Rub oil on the fish pieces and grill them until brown.
When completly fried take from rod and serve hot
