Fish 1 kg
yogurt 1/2 cup
Onion paste 1/2 cup
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Coriander paste 1 tsp
Cardamom 4 no's
Cinnamon 1 stick
Ghee/Butter 4 tbsp
Green chilli 4
Kewra 2 tbsp
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Lime juice 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Fish Korma - Directions:
Do not cut the fish into too small pieces.
Add all the ingredients ,except for the green chilles and kewra into the cooking dish,mix well and heat covered in low heat and turn over the fish once.
When the water has almost dried up, add green chilli and kewra heat for another half hour in low heat till oil starts seperating.
Serve Fish Korma hot with roti or rice.
