Fried Chutney - Ingredients:

coconut 1 cup
toor daal 2 tsp
moong daal 2 tsp
urad daal 2 tsp
dry red chilly 5  nos
asafoetida 1/4 tsp
salt to taste
pepper 5  nos
tamarind  A handful
Fried Chutney - Directions:
  1. Fry all the ingredients till light brown.

  2. Grind well in a mixer.
