Garlic Chickpeas - Ingredients:

Garlic paste 2 tbsp
cumin seeds 2 tsp
chickpeas, drained 3 19 oz cans 
potatoes, peeled and cut into small cubes 6
tomato sauce 3 tbsp
ground cumin 1 tsp
water 2 cups
salt to taste
Garlic Chickpeas - Directions:
  1. Heat a large skillet, wok or soup pot over medium high heat.

  2. Add garlic paste and cook for a couple of minutes. Add more water if it dries out too much. Add cumin seeds and stir for 1 minute.

  3. Add tomato sauce, stir and cook for 2 more minutes.

  4. Add remaining ingredients. Stir. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer.

  5. Cover and cook for about 30 minutes or until potatoes are

  6. done.
