Garlic Chutney - Ingredients:

Garlic  10 pods
Tamarind  size of a marble
Salt to taste
Oil 1 tsp 
Mustard seeds   tsp
Red chilli  1 Large
Urad dal  1  tsp
Hing  A pinch 
Garlic Chutney - Directions:
  1. Heat oil and fry garlic for 3,4 minutes.

  2. Remove and add mustard seeds.

  3. As the seeds splutter, add other ingredients and fry till golden brown.

  4. After it cools grind chilli and tamarind first and then the other ingredients to make a coarse chutney adding a minimum of water
