Gavvalu - Ingredients:

All purpose flour 250 gms
Ghee 2 tbsp
Jaggerry 150 gms
Oil 2 cups
Salt 1/2 tsp
Gavvalu - Directions:
  1. Mix maida with salt,hot ghee and water.

  2. Make very small balls of this maida dough

  3. Apply some maida flour to this prpeared balls so that it wont stick together

  4. Press this downwards.

  5. Repeat the process with rest of dough.

  6. Deep fry these balls in oil till they arer light brown.

  7. Prepare jaggery syrup and add all these prepared gavvalu into the syrup until each gavva is properly coated with the jaggery syrup.
