Ginger Tamarind Fish - Ingredients:

Cod Fillet 1  
Onion chopped 1 cup 
Ginger chopped 2 tbsp 
Coriander powder 2 tbsp 
Red chilly powder  tsp 
Tamarind paste 1 tbsp 
Curry leaves 1 sprig 
Cooking oil 1 tbsp 
Salt to taste 
Mustard seeds 1 tsp. 
Ginger Tamarind Fish - Directions:
  1. Clean and cut fish into 1inch pieces.

  2. Heat oil in a deep pan and add musard seeds and when they

  3. crackle, add ginger and onion and fry for 5 minutes.

  4. Add 2 cups of water and tamarind paste and

  5. bring to a boil add all the spices.

  6. Mix well, reduce the heat and cook on medium

  7. heat for 15 minutes.

  8. Put fish into the gravy and cook till fish is done and

  9. gravy thickened.

  10. Garnish with curry leaves and serve hot with rice or

  11. chapati.
