Goan Egg Curry - Ingredients:

Hardboiled eggs  7 
Onions   4nos 
Garlic   12 flakes 
Ginger  2"piece 
Kashmiri Chillies   10  
Cumin     3/4 tsp 
Peppercorns   1 tsp 
Groundnut oil  1/3cup 
Split Green chillies   4   
Sugar   1 tbsp 
Salt to taste 
Thick tamarind pulp 1 tbsp 
Vinegar 1 tsp


Goan Egg Curry - Directions:
  1. Grind half quantity of onion, garlic and ginger together with a little vinegar. Keep aside.

  2. Grind the remaining onions, garlic, ginger with kashmiri chillies, cumin and peppercorn with a little vinegar separately.

  3. Heat oil and add onion, ginger garlic paste. Saut till light brown colour.

  4. Add the second lot of ground masala and saute well till the the gravy stops sticking to the pan.

  5. Add 1 cup water and cook on a low heat. While the water reduces to half, add green chilli, sugar, tamarind and eggs.

  6. Simmer till the gravy thickens.
