Green Chilli Pickle - Ingredients:

Green chillies 1kg 
Salt to taste
Tamarind   1/4kg 
Gingelly seeds (ellu)    sesame  100gm 
Fenugreek powder 4tbsp 
Mustard   4tbsp 
Vinegar  2tbsp 
Gingelly oil  2 cups  

Green Chilli Pickle - Directions:
  1. Clean the chillies and split it into two halves. Squeeze the tamarind in some water. Sieve and boil it.

  2. Keep it aside. Heat 2tbs mustard and grind.

  3. Heat oil and season the remaining mustard. Add gingelly seeds and green chillies. Saut until the colour of the chillies changes to light brown.

  4. Remove from fire and add fenugreek powder, mustard powder, tamarind water and vinegar.

  5. Stir well and store in a bottle.
