Green Chutney - Ingredients:

Mint leaves  2 cups
Coriander leaves   1 cup
Green chilies  5
Tamarind lime sized
Grated coconut  1 tbsp
Bengal gram  1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Green Chutney - Directions:
  1. Heat little oil and add bengal gram, then add green chilies, mint & coriander leaves and fry for few minutes.

  2. Add grated coconut at last and remove from fire. Add tamarind & salt and grind this to a smooth paste.
