Green Cutlet - Ingredients:

Bengal Gram 250 gms
Green spinach 750 gms
Bread crumbs 150 gms
Green chilli 4
Coriander leaves a few
Garam Masala 1 tsp
Egg white 1
Onion 2
Ginger 1 inch piece.
Garlic 5 flakes
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Green Cutlet - Directions:
  1. Grind ginger,garlic, chilli to paste.

  2. Boil dal and green leaves and grind to paste.

  3. Mix chopped onions ,masla, ginger garlic chilli paste.

  4. Shape dip in egg white , roll in bread crumbs and deep fry.
