Thur Dal 125 gms Oil 2 tbsp Jeera 1 tsp Mustard 1 tsp Asafoetida 1/4 tsp Green chillies chopped 4 Ginger 1 inch piece. Coriader leaves chopped a few Chilli powder 1 tsp Turmeric 1 tsp Sugar 3 tsp Salt to taste tamarind juice to taste.(optional)
