Halim Laddu - Ingredients:

Halim   100 gms
Jaggery  250 gms
Coconut  1
Pure ghee 1 cup
Elaichi powder  1 tsp
Halim Laddu - Directions:
  1. Soak halim in coconut water.

  2. Scrape coconut and grate jaggery finely.

  3. Add coconut and jaggery in halim.

  4. Keep aside for 30 min.

  5. Take ghee in a thick bottom pan and add halim mixture.

  6. Cook on low heat till jaggery melts completely.

  7. Add elaichi powder and mix well.

  8. Remove from heat.

  9. While mixture is warm roll it into laddus.

  10. Cool and store in an airtight container.
