Idli Pakoda - Ingredients:

Left Over Idli Batter  1 Cup
Besan Flour  Cup
Coriander Powder  tsp
Chili Powder  tsp
Salt to Taste
Onions 2
Green Chilies 2
Coriander Leaves
Fried Cashew Nuts 4 nos
Oil for Frying
Idli Pakoda - Directions:
  1. In a bowl mix all the Ingredients except oil with little water to make dough with semi solid consistency.

  2. Take some mixture in the palm and pat it with fingers.

  3. Deep fry these pakodas till they become golden brown in color.
