Ivy Gourd Fry - Ingredients:

Ivy Gourd 250 gms
Onion sliced 1
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Turmeric    tsp
Salt to taste.
Mustard   tsp
Curry leaves a few
Oil  2 tsp
Ivy Gourd Fry - Directions:
  1. Chop Ivy Gourd lengthwise

  2. Heat oil in a kadai add Mustard seed.

  3. When it starts Spluttering add curry leaves.

  4. Fry onion in it until it becomes transparent.

  5. Add chopped Ivy gourd and add little water .

  6. Close the kadai with a lid until the vegetable is cooked.

  7. When cooked add salt , turmeric powder , red chilly power and heat for 2 minutes.

  8. Mix well the masala.

  9. Serve with rice or chapathi.
