Mutton 1 kg
Fried onion slice 2
Kadala 1 tbsp
Ginger 1/2 inch piece
Pappaya grounded 1 tbsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Chili powder to taste
Salt to taste.
Oil for frying
Mint leaves a few
Green chili 2
Kachi Tikiyan - Directions:
Grind mutton and mix with all ingredients.
Mix mint leaves chopped and greeb chili and mix well.
Make to cutlets and deep fry in oil.
