Kadala Kurma - Ingredients:

White Channa 50 gms
Carrot finely chopped 50 gms
Beetroot finely chopped 50 gms
Tomato finely chopped 50 gms
Small onion 50 gms
Green Chilly 50 gms
Sambar powder 1/2 tsp
Masala powder  1 pinch
oil 1 tsp
Mustard 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves a few
Salt to taste.
Kadala Kurma - Directions:
  1. Cook Channa.Cook the chopped vegetables and onion Seperately.

  2. Mix the cooked channa to it and heat for 2 minutes.

  3. Season mustard and curry leaves in oil and add to cooked channa.

  4. Serve it hot with puttu or rice.
