Kappa Biriyani - Ingredients:

Kappa(Tapioca) 3/4 kg
beef 1/2 kg
onion 2
tomato 1
green chillies 2
curry leaves few
coriander leaves few chopped
garlic cloves 6
ginger 1 inch piece
pepper corns 1 tsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
garam masala 1 tsp
chilli powder 1 tsp 
coriander powder 1 tsp
coconut oil
small onions chopped 5
mustard seeds optional
salt to taste
Kappa Biriyani - Directions:
  1. Cut Tapioca(kappa)clean and boil it with salt.

  2. Gring ginger garlic to paste.

  3. clean beef.and cook with onion,tomato,ginger garlic paste and pepper cones salt and addturmeric,coriander,chilli powder.

  4. Make as thick gravy by removing excess water.

  5. Heat oil add onion and curry leaves, green chilli and beef gravy.

  6. When cooked add coriander leaves .

  7. Serve hot.
