Kappa(Tapioca) Curry - Ingredients:

tapioca  1/2 kg
coconut grated 1/2
green chillies 5
turmeric powder 1 tsp
Button onions 	2
salt to taste
curry leaves  a few
oil 1 tsp
Mustard seed 1 tsp
Kappa(Tapioca) Curry - Directions:
  1. Peel and clean tapioca .Dice it to 1 inch pieces .

  2. Boil tapioca together with salt, turmeric powder and drain if excess water.

  3. Grind coconut ,green chilies and onion . 5.

  4. Add ground ingredients to tapioca and Mix well

  5. Heat oil in a fry pan. Add mustard and season it.

  6. Add sliced onion and curry leaves.

  7. When onion turns brown ,add it to tapioca preparation . Stir well for 2 to 3 minutes .

  8. Serve hot with fish curry.
