Karimeen Moli - Ingredients:

Karimeen 5
Tomato 6
Coconut Milk 2 cups
Green Chilly 100 gms
Ginger 1 inch piece
Garlic 2 flakes
Big Onion 5
Turmeric 1 pinch
Curry leaves a few
Coconut oil 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Karimeen Moli - Directions:
  1. Marinate karimeen and paste it with tumeric and salt and leave it for 10 minutes.

  2. Heat oil and add chopped onion and saute it for 4 minutes

  3. Add greenchilly chopped, ginger,garlic chopped and saute it with onion.

  4. Fry marinated fish until 3/4 is done.

  5. Mix the fried fish with the sauted ingredients

  6. Add coconut milk and chopped tomato.

  7. When it boils add curry leaves.

  8. Serve hot with rice.
