Grated coconut 1 cup
Soaked Channa dal cup
Green chillies 2
Garlic 1 pod
Ginger a small piece
Tamarind as required
Salt to taste
Mustard tsp
Red chillies 2
Curry leaves a few
Oil 1 tsp
Kerala Style Coconut Chutney - Directions:
Grind all the ingredients except those for seasoning into a fairly fine paste.
Season mustard with red chillies, curry leaves.
Lower the fire and add the ground chutney. Mix well.
Add required water. Keep on stirring and cook for a minutes.
Serve with dosa or idli.
