Cucumber 6
Lemon 1/2
Peeled and powdered groundnut 3 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sugar to taste
Oil 3 tsp
Mustard seed 1 tsp
Green chili 4
Coriander leaves a few
Asafoetida a pinch
Khamang Kakadi - Directions:
Peel and chop cucumber.
Add lime juice and groundnut to it.
Add chopped chilies,salt and sugar.
Heat oil in pan and add mustard seeds in it.
When they splutter add asfoetida
Fry for a minute take from fire and add to mixture.
Serve chilled.
