Mutton 1/2 kg
Tomato 4
Tamarind juice 1 tsp
Ginger 2 inch piece.
Garlic 1
Jeera 1 tsp
Fenugreek 1/4 tsp
Onion 1
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Coconut grated 1/4
Curry leaves a few
Green chili 4
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Khatta Gost - Directions:
Roast jeera, fenugreek seed and grind with onion,garlic and ginger.
Grind coconut.
Boil tomato with tamarind , mash and add to meat.
Add ground masala,grounded coconut,Powdered masala, curry leaves and oil.
Boil till meat is completely cooked.
Serve hot with rice or chapathi.
