Kheema - Ingredients:

Lamb chopped 1 kg
vegetable oil 3 tbsp 
onions 3 large 
white cabbage 1 cup shredded 
chopped carrots 1 cup 
chopped celery stalks and leaves 1 cup 
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp.
haldi powder 1 tsp 
reen chilies

Kheema - Directions:
  1. Fry the minced meat in vegetable oil until it is cooked through. Keep aside.

  2. Chop the onions fine and add it to the mince together with cabbage, chopped carrots, celery stalks and leaves, grated ginger, garlic, haldi powder, and a few green chilies.

  3. Mix thoroughly and cook, uncovered, in a preheated oven on gas mark 4 for 45 minutes. Remove from the oven.

  4. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with relishes.
