Rice 2 cups
toor dal 1/2 cup
Carrot 1
Beans 7
Cauli flower 1/2 cup
Potato 1
Onion 1
Green chilli 5
Capsicum 1/2
Peas 1/4 cup
Red chillies 3
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Curry leaves a few
Water 4 cups
Coriander leaves a few
Kichidi - Directions:
Cut above vegtables and keep it aside.
Mix rice and toor dal and clean with water and keep it aside.
Heat oil in a cooker bowl ,do the seasoning with cumin seeds ,mustard seeds when it splutter add red chilli ,green chilli ,onion fry it for 1 minute.Then add all chopped veg tables ,curry leaves and saute it for 3 mins .Add water and salt to it ,
Boil it for 5 minutes.when its boil add rice ,toor dal and mix it well.Cover it with lid and cook it for 2 or 3 whistles .
Garnish with coriander leaves.
