Rice flour 1 kg
Coconut 1
Salt to taste
oil 2 cups
Ghee 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves a few
Jeera 2 tsp
Asafoetida a pinch
Green chilli 12
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Soda powder a pinch
Kodbala - Directions:
Add grated coconut ,ghee ,soda, asafoetida,chopped chillies,coriander leaves,jeera,chili powder and soda to rice flour and mix well.
Add water and make dough.
Make ring or vada with hole in centre and deep fry in oil till brown and crisp.
