Lamb Balls - Ingredients:

ground lamb 1 lb.
hot green peppers 5
fresh ginger 1/4 inch
garlic 4 cloves
dry roasted chick peas  2 Tbsp.
medium size chopped onion 1/4
fennel seeds 1/4 tsp.
fresh coconut 2 inch
salt 1 tsp.
crushed curry or mint 2 Tbsp.
oil to deep fry
bread crumbs a few
Lamb Balls - Directions:
  1. Grind first 9 ingredients except lamb, adding very little water to make it into a

  2. coarse thick paste.

  3. Mix it with ground meat and make balls about the size of big cherry. Roll them in bread crumbs and deep fry in low heated oil.

  4. Serve as snacks with ketchup.

  5. Note: You may make kurma or curry of your choice and cook meatballs

  6. in it, without coating with bread crumbs and without deep frying in oil.
