Lamb Kebab - Ingredients:

lamb (1/2 inch, cubed) 1 lb.
chana dhal  cup
onion, chopped 1
green peppers 3
yogurt 1/4 cup  
chili powder 1/4 tsp.
coriander powder 1/2 tsp.
egg 1
cloves 4
cardamom 2
cinnamon 1 piece
salt 1 tsp.
ginger  inch
garlic 4 cloves
water 1/2 cup  
oil for frying
Lamb Kebab - Directions:
  1. Mix first 12 ingredients and pressure-cook for 6-7 minutes.

  2. Blend in a food- processor or blender with egg into coarse paste adding a little water if needed.

  3. Make paste into 15 balls, flatten and deep-fry until both sides are golden brown.
