For Crust:
soft butter 1 cup
powdered sugar 1/2 cup
flour 2 cup
dash of salt
For Top Layer:
eggs, beaten 4
flour 1/4 cup
granulated sugar 2 cup
lemon juice 6 tbsp
grated rind of 2 lemons
Lemon Bars - Directions:
Combine ingredients and mix well. Press mixture in 9 x 13 - inch greased pan.
Bake at 350o F for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Combine flour and sugar, mix in beaten eggs, lemon juice and grind.
Pour onto slightly cooled crust. Bake at 350o F for 25 minutes or until filling is set.
Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
