Lemon Delight - Ingredients: 

Butter 1 tbsp
Sugar 5 tbsp
Egg 2
Milk 1 cup
Lemon 1
Maida 1 tbsp
Lemon Delight - Directions:
  1. Mix butter, sugar, and egg yolk.

  2. Add flour and blend

  3. Add milk and stir untiln creamy

  4. Add lemon juice.

  5. Beat egg white and add to milk mixture.

  6. Bake in oven until golden brown colour.
