Lime Cake - Ingredients: 

All purpose flour 1 cup
Powdered sugar 1 cup
Lime juice 2 tsp
Egg 3
Essence 1 tsp
Hot milk 10 tbsp
baking powder 2 tsp
Lime Cake - Directions:
  1. Beat the egg white stiff.

  2. Add yolk and sugar.

  3. Then add lime juice and flour and baking powder and mix thoroughly.

  4. Mix by adding milk and essence.

  5. Bake in oven until done.
