Macroon Biscuit - Ingredients:

White of egg 2
Sugar 350 gms
Cashew 400 gms
Macroon Biscuit - Directions:
  1. Beat egg white.

  2. Add powdered sugar, little by little all time until the mixture becomes stiff.

  3. Powder the nuts and add.

  4. Pour one tbsp of mixture in baking tray.

  5. After entire mixture is poured on tray bake for fifteen minutes in oven.
