Madras Kurma - Ingredients:

Mutton 1 kg
Onion 250 gms
Cloves 6
Mint leaves a few
Coriander leaves a few
Tomatoes 4
Chili Powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Ginger 150 gms
Cinnamon 1 inch piece.
Cardamom 6
Garlic paste 100 gms
Curd 2 cups
Dalda 150 gms
Green chili paste 15
Green chili 10
Lime 1
Coconut  grinded 1/2
Salt to taste
Madras Kurma - Directions:
  1. Fry onion with cinnamon,cloves and cardamom.

  2. When fried add ginger chopped finely and garlic paste.

  3. Add mint and coriander leaves chopped toit.Add green chili paste and fry for 3 minutes.

  4. Add whole green chili ,meat and curd.

  5. Add tomato chopped, turmeric,salt and chili powder.

  6. When meat is cooked add ground coconut.

  7. Remove from fire and add lime juice before serving.
