Maida Biscuits - Ingredients:

Maida 250gms
Butter  50gms
Sugar  100gms
Salt a pinch
Oil to fry
Maida Biscuits - Directions:
  1. Mix the maida with butter and water.Add a pinch of salt.

  2. Make thin chapatis with the above mixture and cut them into desired shapes through a knife.

  3. Fry them in oil and transfer them to a plate and with a tissue below them so that excess oil can get drained.

  4. After the oil is drained transfer the biscuits to a container.

  5. Take the sugar and grind them.

  6. Mix the sugar powder to the fried biscuits.

  7. Note wheat flour can be used instead of maida.
